SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Nonprofit organizations can apply for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Community Health Award grants totaling up to $90,000, which the health insurer has allocated to help fund health and wellness programs in upstate New York.
Excellus is inviting nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organizations in its 31-county upstate New York region to apply for an award of up to $4,000 each.
