Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) announced that Erica Winters has joined the RMS Analytics team. With a background in market research and program evaluation, she joins the team as a research analyst. Prior to joining RMS, Winters managed market research and program evaluation projects in the education and multi-channel retail industries. She is experienced with managing projects stemming from the private sector, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Education, statewide evaluations, district-level evaluations, and higher education.
