ENDICOTT, N.Y. — The Endicott Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Local Planning Committee has issued an open call seeking project proposals for privately-sponsored projects to be considered for DRI funding from a $10 million award from the state.
The Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Council selected Endicott for the award, allowing the village to develop a strategic investment plan and implement key catalytic projects to advance downtown revitalization.
During the open call, Endicott wants to hear from the community about potentially transformative projects on privately-owned sites that provide economic and community benefits. This process will enable the committee to vet these projects in a uniform, open, and transparent process.
