ELMIRA — Elmira Savings Bank has promoted Donna J. Tangorre to senior vice president, branch administrator.
She has 30 years of community banking experience, with an expertise in branch operations and bank systems, Elmira Savings Bank said in a news release. Tangorre is the bank’s security officer, oversees the branch network, and has recently become responsible for deposit operations.
Tangorre graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and completed the Wharton Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania in June. She is a lifelong resident of Chemung County.
