CLAY — Fulton–based Eastern Shore Insurance Agency is settling into its new office at 4709 Crossroads Park Drive in the town of Clay.
The agency recently held a formal-opening event after having operated in the space since Oct. 10, per its Jan 12 announcement.
Eastern Shore moved to the new location from a space on S. Main St. in North Syracuse, where it had operated since 2012, the firm tells CNYBJ in an email.

The agency says the “desire to grow and expand in the Syracuse/Onondaga County area” prompted the decision to relocate and expand its operations at the new location in Clay.
“This strategic expansion marks an exciting milestone for the agency, reinforcing its commitment to serving the community with exceptional insurance services,” Eryl Christiansen, president and CEO of Eastern Shore, said in a news release.
The agency is leasing the space through its wholly owned subsidiary, Eastern Shore Properties, LLC, per its email response to CNYBJ.
The Clay location provides “easy accessibility” for clients for consultations and inquiries, the agency said in its release.
Eastern Shore Insurance Agency offers a range of municipal, business and personal insurance including property, liability, automobile, recreational vehicle, farm, worker’s compensation, professional liability and bonds. The agency works with more than 30 insurance companies, per its website.
“We are thrilled to extend our presence to Liverpool and surrounding areas,” Christiansen said in the release. “This new location allows us to better serve our clients by providing them with accessible, local expertise. We look forward to building lasting relationships within the community and being a trusted partner for all their insurance needs.”
Eastern Shore Insurance Agency describes itself as a 100 percent employee-owned, agency. It now operates offices in Fulton, Camden, Liverpool (Clay), Pulaski, Walworth, and Waterloo.
