SYRACUSE — A fitness club in downtown Syracuse has expanded with the addition of new workout space and amenities, according to the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc.
Metro Fitness Club, formerly Personal Fitness, began its latest expansion in September. The project added 2,000 square feet to the gym’s space at Salina Place. The club now occupies 12,000 square feet.
In addition to added space, the renovation improved locker rooms and preserved architectural details of the space to maintain its urban feel, according to the Downtown Committee.
