DeWITT, N.Y. — Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company on Thursday announced the appointment of Stephen Scuderi as the new president of its Syracuse, Utica, and Watertown offices.
Scuderi (pictured) will succeed John Clark in the role. Clark, who has served as president for 38 years, will transition into the role of executive vice chairman for Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company.
“With a proven track record of success in the commercial real estate industry and a key member of the firm’s leadership team, Stephen brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the company,” the firm said in its announcement.
Scuderi has worked as a licensed real-estate salesperson for 10 years, Jim Petrie, COO of Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company, tells CNYBJ.
In his new role, Scuderi will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including business development, client relations, and strategic planning. He will work with the executive team to “drive the company’s growth and enhance its position as a market leader” in commercial real estate.
With more than 46 years at the company, Clark is transitioning into a leadership role that will focus on strategic planning, business development and fostering relationships with key stakeholders and partners supporting all 10 Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company offices across upstate New York, the firm said.
