CORTLAND — Laura Stender is the new technical director for laboratory services at Cortland Regional Medical Center.
The position makes Stender responsible for laboratory, anatomic pathology, and transfusion services operations. Her duties include overseeing planning, policy setting, quality improvement, and staffing.
Stender worked at Adirondack Health in Lake Placid before coming to Cortland Regional Medical Center. She has a master’s degree in health care administration from Utica College.
