MARCY, N.Y. — Throughout August, Cliff’s Local Market will convert eight existing Sunoco sites to CITGO-branded fuel as the company continues a brand initiative that includes establishing a consistent fuel presence across all locations.
During the transition, Cliff’s will also introduce a reloadable CITGO gift-card program. Customers can load up to $300 on the card — with no fees, expiration dates, or sign-up requirements — and use the cards for purchases inside the store or at the pump.
“The transition to CITGO-branded fuel and the gift-card program will enable the company to further enhance its customer experience and continue its tradition of making a positive difference in the communities it serves,” Cliff’s Local Market owner Jim Clifford said in a press release announcing the news.
