SYRACUSE — Chuck’s Cafe, located on the Syracuse University hill, has been selected as one of the 33 best college bars in America by the lifestyle website and email service Thrillist.
“Crawling with graffiti and stickier than a glue trap, Chuck’s is not a nice bar by any stretch of the imagination,” Thrillist writes regarding the establishment located at 727 S. Crouse Ave, just off Marshall Street. “But it is a quintessential college dive with cheap beers and, at any given moment, a good third of the student body.”
