Fraser joins St. Joseph’s Health

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — St. Joseph’s Health recently welcomed Dr. Cynthia Fraser, obstetrician and gynecologist, to its St. Joseph’s Health Infant Services unit.  Dr. Fraser is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with more than 25 years of clinical experience.
