Office building on Kirkville Road in DeWitt sells for $4.4 million

DeWITT, N.Y. — The 44,500-square-foot office building at 6601 Kirkville Road in DeWitt was recently sold. DeStefano Development, LLC purchased the property — which includes the two-story office building located on nearly four acres — from Galson Realty, LLC for $4.4 million, according to a CBRE/Syracuse news release.
