Cortland County small businesses can apply for grants through BDC programs

CORTLAND, N.Y. — Pandemic-impacted small businesses in Cortland County have until the end of February to apply for grant funding from the Cortland County Business Development Corporation (BDC).  The BDC was awarded $300,000 through the county’s American Rescue Plan allocation process.
