CNY airports to use state funding for improvements

The New York State government was awarded funding to airports serving the Syracuse, Binghamton, Watertown, and Ogdensburg areas for use on improvement projects. SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Central New York Community Foundation announced that it has recently awarded a fourth round of grants from its Black Equity & Excellence Fund.
