Versatility Enterprises buys Erie Boulevard building for $400,000

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Versatility Enterprises, LLC recently purchased the 6,720-square-foot, freestanding building located on about one acre at 2700 Erie Blvd. E. in Syracuse. Survey: 86% of hotels see supply- chain issues impacting operations
