ITHACA, N.Y. — Rosie, the Ithaca–based e-commerce platform for local and independent retailers and wholesalers, has a new owner.  San Francisco–based Instacart, a grocery technology company, on Sept. 7 announced it has purchased Rosie for an undisclosed sum.
