Culver has supported investment sourcing, negotiated leases and contracts, led property tours, and leveraged technology to enhance deal flow and client service. Her background with the U.S. Department of State strengthened her project coordination, operational structure, and cross-team communication skills, while her lending experience deepened her financial analysis and contract knowledge.
