SYRACUSE — Alto Cinco, a popular Mexican restaurant in the Syracuse University hill area since 1995, will open a second eatery in downtown Syracuse this summer.
The restaurant will be called Otro Cinco and will be located in the University Building at 206 S. Warren St., according to the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc.
The location used to be home to the Red Rose Diner and is situated next door to an Adirondack Bank branch office.
