VIRGIL, N.Y. — Greek Peak Mountain Resort says it will host an event called SHE RISES: A Women’s Self-Care & Empowerment Summit, which is set for Tuesday, Sept. 23.

The event is designed to “inspire, uplift, and empower” women through a full day of workshops, keynote speakers, networking, and self-care experiences at the venue in the town of Virgil, south of Cortland in Cortland County.

Attendees can get involved in sessions led by thought leaders and wellness experts focusing on personal growth, professional development, mental health, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. SHE RISES will also feature a curated selection of vendors, live demonstrations, and interactive experiences designed to leave women feeling recharged and inspired.

“This summit is about creating a space where women can connect, grow, and rise together,” Wes Kryger, president of Greek Peak Mountain Resort, said in the announcement. “We are thrilled to host SHE RISES and bring together voices that will empower women to prioritize their well-being, embrace their potential, and build meaningful connections.”

The SHE RISES Summit will include keynote presentations from inspiring women leaders and wellness coaches, along with workshops on self-care practices, leadership, and personal empowerment.

It will also include networking opportunities with like-minded women across industries, as well as a vendor marketplace featuring local businesses, artisans, and wellness products.

Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged, Greek Peak said.
