Lyndon E. Hall has joined Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC as an associate attorney. She joins both the tax and business and transactions practice groups at Bond and works on a wide array of matters. Hall’s practice includes advising clients on entity structuring, corporate governance, and tax compliance, as well as stock and asset transactions. She also drafts and negotiates business contracts and provides guidance on the tax aspects of business transactions, cross-border matters, and compliance with federal and state tax regulations. Prior to joining Bond, Hall worked at a Big Four accounting firm as an international tax senior associate. In this role, she advised multinational clients on asset management, tax planning, and income-tax treaty opportunities for inbound and outbound cross-border investments. She also provided strategic tax structuring advice on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and fund structuring for private equity and corporate clients.
