Timothy H. Doolittle has joined Bond Schoeneck & King PLLC as senior counsel in the property department, focusing on the representation of lenders in commercial financing. He represents regional and national lenders in a wide range of secured transactions, including commercial real-estate loans, construction financing, and asset-based lending. Doolittle routinely drafts and negotiates loan documents, reviews title and due-diligence materials. and ensures compliance with regulations. He represents individuals on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law issues. In this capacity, he assists individuals and families with wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trust, powers of attorney, health-care proxies, and living wills. Doolittle provides client-centered planning, ensuring the client’s goals are met with the appropriate documentation to match. Prior to joining Bond, he was an attorney at another Syracuse–area law firm for more than 10 years.
