SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Health Department says it’s preparing a Community Health Assessment and wants to learn more about what local residents think about health.
The department is working on the project in partnership with Crouse Health, St. Joseph’s Health, and Upstate University Hospital.
If interested, the department says you can take a Community Health Survey to share your thoughts. Participation in the survey is voluntary and responses are confidential.
