UTICA N.Y. — La Bistrot, a French–inspired restaurant featuring a local twist, celebrates its formal opening at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce
The eatery first opened to customers earlier this month.
Located at 106 Genesee St. in the Bagg’s Square section of Utica, La Bistrot features dishes with produce and meats sourced locally in upstate New York. Dishes include flounder meunière, steak au poivre, and orange crème brûlée.
