“I commend Jennifer and Lance for doing an outstanding job in transforming this building. The best sign of an improved economy is when local developers and entrepreneurs invest in our City and I thank Jennifer and Lance for their vision and wish them lots of success,” Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri said in an Oct. 6 news release.
