Kramer joins the full-time staff after serving as a volunteer assistant for the 2017 softball season, a campaign in which the team posted its sixth 30-win season.
“We are excited to add Miranda to our staff,” Mike Bosch, Syracuse University softball head coach, said in a news release. “She is a well accomplished pitcher, knowledgeable of her skills, who understands how to communicate to the players. Her character and competitiveness will serve her well as she starts her new position with Syracuse University.”
Kramer, a pitching specialist, coached Orange freshman Alexa Romero to a spot on the All-ACC Freshman Team last season. Romero was the first player in program history to earn the rookie recognition.
