OSWEGO, N.Y. — Dr. Ayesha Turner, an obstetrician/gynecologist, has joined Oswego County OB-GYN, P.C. and Oswego Health.
Turner will provide a range of women’s services, including delivering babies, well women’s care, and gynecological/obstetrical services, Oswego Health said in a news release.
Turner will be sharing 24-hours hospital obstetrical coverage at Oswego Hospital with Drs. Daniel Coty and Raj Mahajan; and Theresa Naro and Malika Iton, who are certified nurse midwives.

A native of Brooklyn, Turner completed her medical training through a seven-year program that combined the required education for both her undergraduate and medical degrees. She attended the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education in New York City and took part in clinical rotations at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
Turner most recently completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University at Buffalo.
Oswego County OB-GYN, P.C. has been providing obstetrical and gynecological services to the women of Oswego County for more than 50 years. In addition to routine obstetrical and gynecological services, staff members offer gynecological surgery, infertility, and a medically supervised weight-loss program.
