SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC has elected Paul J. Avery as a member (partner) of the Syracuse–based law firm, effective Jan. 1.
Avery is a business-law attorney who provides counsel to individuals and businesses in the manufacturing, retail, software, information technology, energy, and other sectors, as well as various nonprofits such as colleges and universities, hospitals, and nursing homes. His work includes contract drafting, review and negotiation, and general corporate counseling.
He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University.
