OWEGO, N.Y. — China Garden Chinese Restaurant will formally open next Tuesday, March 1, in Owego.
The restaurant will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. at its location at 119-123 North Ave.
China Garden, owned by Mei Guang Tang, employs two people. It first opened its doors to customers on Feb. 18, according to the Tioga County Chamber.
