Middle Ages Brewing Company is the “only” full-production brewery in Syracuse, operating under local ownership for 18 years, the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority said in the news release.
“We were thrilled when Creative Food Group contacted us last year about this project,” Marc Rubenstein, owner of Middle Ages Brewing Co., LTD, said in the news release. “When my wife and I opened our brewery in downtown Syracuse, we never imagined an opportunity like this would happen. It is great exposure for our brand and our products … [and] a great feeling as we approach our 20th year in brewing.”

Syracuse Hancock International Airport serves 1 million passengers annually, according to the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority.
