SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TAST) on Thursday announced it has completed its acquisition of 30 Burger King restaurants in eastern North Carolina for about $20 million in cash.
Carrols, which is headquartered at 968 James St. in Syracuse, announced the acquisition in a news release distributed on Sept. 18.
The deal continues a recent buying spree by the largest Burger King franchisee in the world.
