OWEGO, N.Y. — A new bakery called Confection Connection formally opened in Owego on Monday afternoon with a ribbon-cutting event held with the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce.
Confection Connection, located at 59 North Ave. in Owego, is a small bakery that serves 6-8 different fresh pastries per day, offers cooking classes, and also serves Bubble Tea, according to a news release from the Tioga County Chamber. Gluten-free options are available on most desserts.
The pastry shop is owned by Michelle Pelton. It is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
