NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — Presbyterian Homes & Services, Inc. has named Keith Roach as its newest board member.
Roach will serve a three-year term on the board and can be re-elected to another three-year term, according to Janet Constabile, executive assistant at Presbyterian Homes & Services. The board now has 18 members, she says.
Presbyterian Homes & Services offers home care, wellness, adult day services (social and medical), long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation services, according to its website.

Roach was recently named the director of environmental safety and emergency preparedness at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH). He has worked at FSLH since 1995, most recently as director of clinical engineering and telecommunications, according to a news release.
He brings to the Presbyterian Homes & Services board 26 years of experience in the electrical engineering technology field, customer service, operations, testing and quality improvement.
“Keith is a passionate leader who believes in positive cultural transformation, team building, and sound fiscal management,” Michael Sweeney, CEO of Presbyterian Homes & Services, said in the news release. “We are thrilled to have him join us in serving our community.”
The Presbyterian Homes & Services organization includes the Presbyterian Home for Central New York, Presbyterian Residential Community, Presbyterian Homes Foundation, The Meadows at Middle Settlement, and Preswick Glen independent senior living community, the release stated.
