OSWEGO — Gentiva Health Services will relocate its Oswego office in February.
Gentiva, a national home health and hospice company based in Atlanta, will move its Oswego location from 335 W. First St. to 19 Fourth Ave. The Oswego office provides home health services, according to Gentiva’s website.
The office’s future home will be 4,940 square feet, according to a news release from The Bell Group, a Syracuse–based real-estate consulting firm. The Bell Group’s Pat Benz represented Gentiva, along with Jim DiDia of the Chicago–based real-estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
