OWEGO, N.Y. — Lily Style Loft, a new women’s clothing store located in downtown Owego, will hold a formal grand-opening event on Sept. 16.
The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for a ribbon cutting at 11:30 a.m. next Tuesday at the boutique, located at 32-34 Lake St.
Lily Style Loft opened for business in mid-June, according to its Facebook page. The store offers trendy clothes, jewelry, and accessories for women.
