HAMILTON — The Joint Commission has named Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton to its list of the country’s Top Performers on Key Quality Measures.
The designation comes after the hospital demonstrated evidence-based clinical processes to improve care during 2011. It received recognition for its work in pneumonia and surgical care.
“We understand that what matters most to patients at Community Memorial Hospital is safe, effective care,” Community Memorial President and CEO Sean Fadale said in a news release. “That’s why the employees, administration, and medical staff of Community Memorial Hospital have made a commitment to positive patient outcomes through evidence-based care processes.
