UTICA — The Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce elected the following officers for its board of directors for 2013. Serving for one-year board terms that started Jan. 1 are: Chairman John F. Kenealy, First Vice Chair Scott K. Williams, Second Vice Chair Michael B. Morrill, Treasurer James H. Brockway, Assistant Treasurer Brian R. Loughlin, and Secretary Vincent Chiffy.
Kenealy is a partner with the Utica–based law firm of Helmer Johnson Misiaszek & Kenealy. He is also the attorney for the town of Schuyler and the Floyd Fire District, as well as a part-time instructor of business law at the Utica School of Commerce. Kenealy is also a member of the board of directors at the Utica Industrial Development Corporation.
Williams is the executive vice president of student affairs at the Utica School of Commerce. Morrill is the president/owner of Total Solutions, an IT-services firm based in Clinton. Brockway is vice president and retail regional manager at M&T Bank. Loughlin is senior vice president at the Bank of Utica. Chiffy is owner of Parkway Drugs, a Utica–based pharmacy with three locations.
