VERONA — Upstate Tavern is set to open on Monday at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona.
The restaurant has created about 60 new jobs, the Oneida Nation said in a news release. It’ll operate seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
The restaurant’s structure is considered a “salute” to the region, the Oneida Nation said.

The Oneida Nation lists several local and regional vendors for Upstate Tavern that include the F.X. Matt Brewing Co., Inc. in Utica, Hofman Sausage Co., Inc. in Syracuse, and Myer Farm Distillers in Ovid.
