SALINA, N.Y. — Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. announced it has named Cory J. McDowell senior managing engineer and appointed Mark C. Budosh as managing engineer.
McDowell’s primary responsibilities are in solid and hazardous waste management engineering. He earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering, and a dean’s certificate in environmental engineering from Clarkson University. McDowell is a LEED-accredited professional and a member of the New York State Association for Solid Waste Management.
Budosh is responsible for traffic and transportation engineering. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Budosh is currently the president of the Upstate Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
