SYRACUSE — The office building located at 404 Oak St. in Syracuse was recently sold to LJR Properties, LLC, a real-estate development company.
LJR Properties will occupy a portion of the 19,305-square-foot building and lease the remaining space to other tenants, according to a news release from CBRE/Syracuse, a commercial real-estate firm.
Marty Dowd, senior broker at CBRE/Syracuse, was the exclusive listing agent in the sale and RE/MAX Realty Plus represented the buyer.

The property’s features include 65 paved parking spaces, a flexible floor plan, and street-level access to both the first and second floors.
