
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Grotta Azzurra Italian Restaurant has been closed by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
The restaurant, located at 52 Main St. in Binghamton, was seized July 26, a department spokesperson says.
According to the department, the eatery has four open warrants and owes $16,408.29 in sales taxes.
