DeWITT, N.Y. — CoreLife Eatery says its upcoming DeWitt restaurant, at 5743 Widewaters Parkway, is set to open on Dec. 1 at 11 a.m.
The eatery describes itself as an “active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes.”
“This opening is particularly special to the CoreLife Eatery leadership team, as well as our loyal customers in Onondaga County,” Todd Mansfield, co-founder of CoreLife Eatery, said in a news release. “This community has been behind this brand since the very beginning, when we opened our first location in Syracuse in 2015. Today, we’re approaching 50 eateries nationwide, and we’re thrilled to be bringing another restaurant to the place where it all began.”

The eatery, which started as CORE, opened its first restaurant at the former location of Jolime Fresh Garden Café at 7265 Buckley Road in the town of Clay.
Besides its Clay and upcoming DeWitt restaurant, CoreLife Eatery also has New York locations in Vestal, Ithaca, New Hartford, Webster, Henrietta, Greece, Farmingdale, Clifton Park, Clarence, and Amherst, according to its website.
In addition to New York, it has eateries in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah.
CoreLife Eatery plans to expand to 300 locations nationwide, including both corporate and franchised restaurants, over the next five years, per its release.
The CoreLife Eatery executive team is led by CEO Larry Wilson.
