WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. — Madison County announced it recently partnered with CivicPlus, a provider of integrated technology solutions for local governments, to give the county’s website a facelift.
While the web address is the same (www.madisoncounty.ny.gov), the new site has a fresh look that includes more robust features and functionality and is mobile-responsive. The county launched the new site on Nov. 21.
“Madison County has worked with CivicPlus since 2016 to create a platform where our residents and neighbors can go to find information about the programs and services we offer here in the county, as well as increase government transparency and communication,” Madison County Public Information Officer Samantha Field said in a press release. “We also want to have a website that our residents can be proud of and find easy to navigate.”
