HERKIMER, N.Y. — Utica–based Primary Urgent Care announced it will open a second location at 130 W. Albany St. in Herkimer on Thursday.
“Over the past few years we have gained the experience needed to create a successful urgent care model that is a significant benefit to our community,” Michael Maurizio, owner and CEO of Primary Urgent Care, said in a statement. “Primary Urgent Care is supported by our premier healthcare staffing company that has been able to locate and hire the very best practitioners in the area. With this infrastructure we plan on developing multiple Upstate New York urgent care centers to facilitate the need for immediate healthcare services”.
Primary Urgent Care launched operations in June 2016 at 1904 Genesee St. in Utica.
