DeWITT, N.Y. — Rochester–based Doyle Security Systems, Inc. announced it has acquired all customer accounts of Titan Security, LLC of DeWitt.
Doyle Security Systems, Inc. describes itself as a regional provider of residential and commercial security, along with fire and medical monitoring systems. It operates an office at 24 Corporate Circle off E. Molloy Rd. in DeWitt.
The deal closed Jan. 21, Joe Schwartz, marketing coordinator at Doyle Security, tells CNYBJ in an email. The company didn’t disclose any financial terms of its acquisition.

Doyle Security is also not revealing the number of accounts it acquired in the deal, nor is it disclosing who owned Titan Security or why the company ownership decided to sell, per Schwartz’s email.
He also notes that Doyle’s employee count remains at 160, as no Titan employees are joining the firm. Besides its offices in Rochester and DeWitt, Doyle Security also has locations in Albany, Buffalo, Fishkill, Catskill, and in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Doyle will provide service through its DeWitt branch and will provide monitoring service at its headquarters in Rochester, according to Schwartz.
For more than two decades, Titan Security provided intrusion, fire, closed-circuit television, and access-control systems to its customers. Titan Security previously operated at 6305 Court Street Road in DeWitt, near Carrier Circle.
