DICKINSON, N.Y. — The Agency has introduced what it calls the Broome County Reopening Playbook.
It seeks to provide “one-stop source for the information you need to safely and responsibly reopen your business in the weeks ahead,” Stacey Duncan, executive director of the Agency said in a Friday message.
The Agency is the branded name of the Broome County Industrial Development Agency and Local Development Corp. Duncan also serves as president & CEO of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, which operates in the same building.

The reopening playbook is a guide that provides links to New York State guidelines, CDC recommendations, industry-sector information, and on how you can access critical personal protective equipment (or PPE) that companies will need to reopen.

The Agency also says Southern Tier business owners can participate in its upcoming webinar on Tuesday at 10 a.m. on Southern Tier reopening guidelines. Those interested can register on the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce website.
“By focusing on the health and safety of others, our economy can recover and become stronger than ever,” Duncan said to end the message.
