PULASKI, N.Y. — Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R–Pulaski) on Monday evening announced he had tested positive for the coronavirus.
Barclay represents the 120th New York Assembly District, which encompasses most of Oswego County, including the cities of Oswego and Fulton, as well as the town of Lysander in Onondaga County and town of Ellisburg in Jefferson County.
He released the following statement about his virus diagnosis:

Since the start of the outbreak, I have taken social-distancing guidelines and prevention protocols very seriously, and I encourage others to continue to do so.

Barclay easily won re-election to his Assembly seat last Tuesday night, defeating Democrat Gail Tosh.
