BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Tioga State Bank (TSB) announced that it recently began to demolish a property on the south side of Binghamton that the bank owns, in order to plan for potential site development.
The parcel, located at 1153 Vestal Ave. in Binghamton, was formerly home to a Hess gas station, TSB said.
The bank purchased the property in early 2020 and is currently clearing the site. TSB is considering options for future development, but as of now, “no decisions have been made on how the bank will use the property.”
