JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. — New York State Police in Binghamton announced they have arrested a Johnson City woman for stealing a wallet and making purchases on the pilfered credit cards.
State Police say they have charged Anglica C. White, age 37, with 2nd degree identity theft, a felony.
Troopers started an investigation in January after a person reported a wallet was missing. State Police say several purchases were made using the victim’s credit cards, with more than $500 in transactions made in Broome County.
