OWEGO, N.Y. — The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is honoring the Tioga Arts Council in its Spotlight on Business for May.
The Tioga Arts Council’s mission is to enrich the cultural lives of residents and visitors through creative opportunities and collaborations. Its initiatives include exhibitions, performances, education, and cultural experiences.
This year marks the Tioga Arts Council’s 50th anniversary, and it will host a series of events to commemorate the occasion.
