UTICA, N.Y. — Brooklyn Pickle’s first Utica restaurant is in the works with plans to open in March 2023.
“We welcome Brooklyn Pickle to our community with open arms,” Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri said in a news release. “It is exciting to see buildings in the downtown and Bagg’s Square corridor be revitalized and filled with successful small businesses. I thank Brooklyn Pickle for investing and opening their business in Utica.”
Well-known in the Syracuse area for its giant sandwiches and quick service, Brooklyn Pickle will open at 600 State St. It will offer ample parking with more than 150 parking spaces at the rear of the building.
